You quickly reach four hearts on the above auction.  West leads the two of diamonds to the queen and ace.  You take the top hearts in dummy West playing the six and jack with East following low.  What do you play now?

Solution

It is tempting to try to cash the top spades to discard a loser, but that will only work if East, who presumably has the last trump, has three spades.
East is marked with the king and queen of diamonds and the top clubs for his opening bid, so simply play a diamond towards the jack at trick four to set up a diamond trick and create an entry to hand to draw the last trump.  If you try to cash the spades East ruffs the second one, cashes the top clubs and forces you with a club.  You now have to play diamonds from hand and will go two down.  The full deal is below.
