You reach six diamonds on the above auction, West leading a small heart.
You draw trumps in three rounds, West having a singleton who discards spades, then play hearts which break 3-3.
How do you play now?

Solution

West's shape is presumably 7312.  You will need East to have the club king to make this, but the position of the jack of clubs is irrelevant provided West has the spade ace.
Throw your small spade on the last heart, finesse the club queen and then cash the ace.  Now exit with the spade king and West will have to give you a ruff and discard.
