Welcome
to the website of the Northern Bridge League.
Formed in 2006, the NBL is a teams-of-eight competition between the
County Bridge Associations of Northern England and North
Wales. The League is divided into three Divisions. The A Division is
for teams consisting of the county's best players, the B Division is
for the county's next best players, whilst the C Division is aimed
at club players.
There
are four all-play-all events each year, held on Saturdays in the
Summer months. From 2022 the event is played online.

The fourth and
final round of the 2025 season was played on 11th October. In
the A division Scotland won round four to end up with the same score
as Lancashire. Lancashire beat Scotland in their individual
matches in three of the four matches so take the title.
In
the B division Scotland won round four but Yorkshire remain in the
top spot with Lancashire finishing second.
In
the C division Merseyside & Cheshire leapfrogged Lancashire to
gain top spot.

The
annual review meeting was held on 15th October. Dates for next
